2.Reasons
Our basic policy on profit allocationis to pay dividends based on the consolidated payout ratio of around 40% or
above, comprehensively taking into consideration our medium-term profit forecast and investment plans, as well as
cash flows to be generated from them.
We expected the year-end dividend for the fiscal year under review to be 90 yen per share as announced on October
24, 2025. Now, as a result of comprehensively considering, among other factors, the above-mentioned policy and
the results for the fiscal year under review, we have decided to increase it to 100 yen per share and pay an annual
dividend of 170 yen per share, including the interim dividend.
